About Me.
My passion lies in creating people-centric organizations that not only scale but thrive by fostering cultures that are both high-performing and inclusive. I specialize in designing and implementing robust talent platforms, scalable people structures, and transformational, award-winning culture initiatives that drive both employee engagement and business success.
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve led HR operations in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Speaking multiple languages and having lived abroad twice in my lifetime has shaped my unique perspective on the workplace, enabling me to contribute to the growth of companies from startups to large enterprises.
My work is guided by two core beliefs.
First, the power of culture is the key to organizational success, a belief reflected in my development of the "Cultural Microsphere" theory—an approach that helps organizations redefine and measure their internal culture to improve employee experiences.
Second, I believe HR professionals must be "boundaryless," building value by going beyond the traditional HR business partner model to develop commercial, financial, strategic, and performance acumen.

Business Optimization
Demonstrated skills in enhancing corporate operations and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and inefficiencies, and maximize resource allocation.
Culture and Change
Experienced in fostering a Top Workplace culture of innovation and collaboration while effectively managing organizational change initiatives to drive positive outcomes and compelling employee engagement.
We risk overusing the word 'culture' to explain every aspect of the work environment, but that’s not the case.
Culture isn’t a top-down directive or an HR program.
It’s not uniform, nor does it manifest the same way across all areas of a company. Instead, workplace culture is shaped by individual human behaviors and interactions within specific areas of the business—a concept I call the
'Cultural Microsphere'.

For five years, I created my own content on my website The HR Globalist, an online video blog dedicated to sharing global HR insights in a local context. Through weekly videos, articles, and features, I aimed to provide meaningful content to help HR professionals navigate challenges across different regions. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and staying deeply involved in the profession I love, whether through speaking engagements or creating valuable content. While The HR Globalist has since been discontinued to focus on speaking opportunities, its mission of sharing expertise and fostering growth in the HR community continues through my work. Looking back, a video editor and producer I was not, but the content remains relative and a foundation for who I am as an HR professional.
Tuesday Talent Take Down. Episode 17-2020.
You likely have words or statements like “Trustworthy” or “Innovative” or “Doing the right thing” as your values. When a human being displays that value, what does it really look like? What are the actions that demonstrate that value?
3..2..1..TALENT! Episode 15-2019.
In this episode, I want to talk about culture and how you’re defining your business cultures. I think in order to begin to have that conversation we have to have a working definition of what “culture” is, so I’d like to present mine to you. I believe that culture is “the way in which employees create, collaborate, and innovate to solve problems and to produce business outcomes.”
The HR Globalist. Episode 18-2020.
Here, I share three valuable lessons that I have learned from being the Head of People in a start-up working environment.
